I love the second pic! She's too cute!

She's beginning to smell.
She's so "Spoiled."

Very Nice!
I believe every one of your words.
But her head is BIG enough already.
She eats compliments up like prey food.

justindh1 I don't know if you could call her small! Maybe short but not small. She's a fatty! Don't tell her I said that though.

Sorry, but she reads all fan mail.
And she wants to let you know she is now on
Slimfast and Hydroxicut.

prettyinpink She's so small! And lil chubbers!

She still doesn't know the word Chubbers so your comment got passed her ok.

Excellent!

Excellent for a witty comment or
you agree that the rock does enlarge the
size of the buttocks?

So right.
Hatched 2008....
same as your forum registration date.
Yes, eats good, begs for food, sleeps spread-eagle,
good climber, shares her home with
2 other little ladies (her size but not dwarfs)
I have her Mother's sister.(normal size)
She hatched ( 2010 ) a very small,
(possible Hypochondroplasia Dwarf)
no defects as Spider,
but not determined a dwarf until a bit more age.

Thanks All. You take care. Hj and the Spider

Just curious, what is her snout to vent measurement? I don't know anything about a dwarf as far as their growth vs a normal sized gecko. There's some stuff that came up on a search but I haven't looked into it yet.

Laney, that measurement is 3 1/4 ".
Spider is a rare type dwarf that possesses
a skeletal high defect at the point where
end of body and start of tail meet.
This defect keeps the body short and more
kind of round rather than long.
I got to relating her body shape to a pocket
watch.
Here is a pretty good angle to see the
high defect better.

Thanks HJ, that is interesting. Does she have any ambulation difficulty? Excellent photo, it really does show the defect. She sure is a cutie.

My grandson has a dwarf hamster, named Spiderella. Coincidence?
