This time of year we have a few hundred little gems crawling around, but there are definetly some whom stick out. Enjoy!

Pat, have there been any Black Pearls that have been kept “pure”? I cannot tell with the one pictured but I have noticed that the ones that are breed to the darker tang lines tend to lose their back and turn brown. While the original Black Pearls seem to keep the black a bit better, even though they have spots showing through.

Unfortunetly most BP are not pure, alot have been crossed with charcoal or have the hypo gene in them. We are going to be doing alot of work with them so hopefully it will clean up, but im liking the first years results.
