Sweet man! Thats killer...

So lets see... what would you call that? lol... A bold stripe or reverse stripe with some tang influence (assuming it gets some passed down), and a little influence on size (smaller) from the afghan...??? lol... Sometimes these things can get ya so confused! lol!

Thanks for the comments guys!

Chris that's great "Boltangrevghan"!

Robin, out of 20 hatchlings, one has hatched with a stripe, three have hatched with a jungle pattern and the rest banded out of these groups (SHT/BS x AFGHAN/BS),(AFGHAN/BS x AFGHAN/BS),(AFGHAN/BS x BS). I was originally hoping it would be recessive (100% het) for obvious reasons :) but after further thinking and results from other crosses very close to this (AFGHAN/BS x HALLOWEEN), (AFGHAN/BS x HALLOWEEN/BS) the stripe is acting more like a random gene, it pops up whenever and however it likes. Like Ryan stated the Male and the female do have what looks to be some form of a dot-dot broken stripe, but neither one hatched with a stripe, so that kind of screwed up my thoughts on it being polygenic, but further hatchlings in the next couple years will tell me a lot about this stripe gene. :main_evilgrin:

Zach, I will tell Eric to price it at $375. That will buy a 1.3 of G araneus shipped to my door and over to him.
