:main_yes:

I only bred 4 females this year and got 35 babys....and that's kind of on the low end for what I expected....THANK GOD! Plus they were all first time breeders except for 1...who btw was my worst producer! Go figure. It's hard to plan for the number you'll get, but if your breeding 8-10 females, you better have at least 100 tubs for them, and probably more. It gets REALLY expensive feeding and housing them. Like you said, everyone and their KID is breeding leopard geckos these days, it's really hard to find them homes without almost giving them away if you don't have the top of the line geckos. But the cream always rises to the top. :main_thumbsup:

You'll have a busy year! My eggs started coming early march and there's still some in the cooker. My best advice to you is start buying tubs and heat rope and get a mealworm colony established to feed babes now, so you don't have to scramble at the last minute. I really liked using the GEO cups to incubate in, they maximized space and kept both eggs and new hatchlings safe if we were gone to a show for the weekend. Came home one weekend to two hatchlngs from two different clutches, different mothers but same father. The tots looked alike and I wouldn't have known which mother each was, if not for the GEO unless cupping each clutch separately.

haha yeah I will have enough hatchling racks to house 100+ hatchlings. I am getting three of the 39 tubs Animal Plastics hatchling racks. A good number of my hatchlings will be holdbacks for line breeding. I am working an extra part time job to finance my hobby lol This is the plan for now but I have been cutting projects out lately and I actually just cut 2 more. I am trying to be more focused on my projects.

Thanks I have a SIM and I plan on getting some GEO's to help maximize space. I had mealworm colonies and superworm colonies but my mom destroyed them with her bug spraying. I just started a new one yesterday. Hopefully they will start producing before I have babies.

Nice collection your starting to get. I wish ya luck on the next season. I am sure you know what your getting in to as it seems you have a good knowledge of leopard geckos. :) I like your eclipse.
