Haven't been on in a while, but last month my Leo stopped eating.

He turns his head up at crickets, mealworms, superworms, and giant mealworms..

He also sleeps a lot, more than he used too, and he never comes up to the front of the tank and watch me while I grab crickets or anything...

His temps are 93 on the hot spot, and 80 air temp.

He doesn't seem to be losing weight, but I don't have a scale. He feels pretty heavy though lol and isn't thin or anything.

He also goes into these weird modes where he just licks things for like 10 minutes, the same thing, like he's stuck on repeat...

He literally will lunge for the food, then turn around when he smells it..

Is it visibly male? Could it be female and ovulating? I've had a male go on a hunger strike, too, though. I had to assist feed by holding the gecko in one hand and gently pushing the insect against his mouth until he took it. He now eats on his own.

He's on paper towels..he ate one..count um one cricket yesterday..and I found some shed skin so he shed in the last couple days and ate that..but his color doesn't seem as bright, and his head was a weird color, like a pale gray, and the orange on his tail was way faded, it wasn't bright at all.

I'm pretty sure he's a boy..he's got two little bulges, but maybe he is a she..I'll see if I can get some pics..

His enclosure is the same as it's always been...it's a 10 gallon, which I'm going to upgrade..He's got a cool hide, a moist hide, and a hot hide. He's got a water dish, and a calcium dish, but he never eats/licks the calcium. He's got a nice plant, and three of his walls are covered so he isn't messing with his reflection.

I kind of don't know how he hasn't lost any weight..I was looking at his stomach yesterday and it looked pretty normal, but one of his organs was like..bright green..and I've never seen it before.

I have seen bulgy females before. Does he have a V shaped row of pores between his back legs? Like this:

I don't think there that dark, he's not that old..but if he is a she, she is not ovulating, I know what it looks like.

mine stopped eating about a week ago. its still a youngin but it went from 9.4g to 7.8g, seems to have lost interest in mealies, crickets, and wax worms. my other youngin is still eating just fine. there is no bullying they sleep together and walk around without attacking one another. i just dont get it.

I would separate them asap. The one that stopped eating could very well be being stressed out by the other one. Them sleeping together is not a sign that they are friends, but rather they are wanting the same spot.

I don't see any large pores, I looked last night, but she has two bulges, so maybe she is a girl?

I don't know what she is eating because she is shedding and still growing....

I'm going to order and try roaches for the first time soon(for my baby beardie) so maybe new food will get her interest.

Her colors are way dull too, she is a nasty brown colored yellow, and her orange on her tail is barely there.
