Strange bumps on my leopard gecko's elbow, lethargic and loss of appetite

A week ago I noticed my white girl has lost a lot of tail fat recently. She lives with a yellow girl, that one has a nice plump tail. She's been hiding a lot before that, but had excellent appetite for months. I switched over to Argentinian cockroaches from Turkestan cockroaches about 10 days ago. I've been feeding them Turkestans since August, switching over from crickets. I thought maybe she got compacted, as she got lethargic with no appetite and slept a lot, so I've been doing the massage + warm bath + olive oil on nose treatment, and past 5 days she ate 2 big Turkestans. There was poop today, but I can't tell which one of them did it.

However, today I noticed two weird bumps on her right front leg. They do not seem to cause pain when I gently prod them, and she can use that leg as usual to carry herself, as well as bend and move it fine.

Temperatures should be fine, they have a heated rock, nothing really has changed in the past 11 years I've had them...

I have been dusting their meals vitamin powder that includes Vitamin D, but I think the powder doesn't stick as well as to the cockroaches as to the crickets I think.

She's at least 13. They haven't been fighting at all as far as I can tell.

Help would be appreciated, thank you.

I'm not a vet, but to me that looks as if it may be gout. Unfortunately, gout is a much bigger deal in geckos than in humans. Don't take my word for it; make a vet appointment.
