Hi all! I am a new owner of a 7 year old crested gecko male named Luna. I have noticed that when I try to handle him, he is eager and sociable but always poops as soon as I start to hold him. It is most often white and today I noticed that it looked kind of bloody/red. Hope this can help and thank you!

A picture (of the poop, though a picture of the gecko would be nice too) would be helpful. What is he eating? Sometimes when they strain, there may be a bit of blood in the poop. It's not unusual for some geckos to poop every time you pick them up.
