Hi.

My big male Elvis just ate a superworm and i saw how he ate it and heard how it crunched, after that i fed my other geckos when he suddenly opened his mout and hurled a living superworm out of his mouth(wasn't regurtitating more like "letting it crawl out").
Do you think he hurt his insides or anything?
I am not really worried but still asking if anybody else experienced that?

Hmmmm! I dont know what that was all about, but since he got rid of it so quick, I wouldnt worry.

Once I fed a gecko a few crickets and then made the mistake of picking her up to check for eggs and she regurgitated. One of the crickets was still moving. No problems afterwards.

I have noticed that they tend to keep food items in their mouth/throat area until they swallow by doing the snake like movement. So if you didnt see him swallow it then it was probably just sitting in his mouth and possibly he felt it was too big and didnt taste so great and spit it out. I have a gecko that spits out food quite often. I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe he is just a picky eater.
