Not sure if I could call this a stripe because it just randomly popped out but he is now four months old.

Ive seen that on a few enigmas, maybe not as defined though. Paul nj just posted a het rainwater with simular stripe. I would call that a dorsal stripe, heck of a nice one too. But I do not think its like Albeys dorsal, maybe somthing that pops up in the enigmas? How did it look as a baby? Did it have any striping then?

I hatched 11 tang enigmas from tang dorsal stripes and none had a dorsal stripe. So I will try again next year ;)

Kind of sorta. It had that typical light small dorsal stripe thing going but a lot of my enigmas hatch out with that. Nothing like how it developed though. One day I looked in and the red stripping had occurred. The stripe kind of looked like this one at first.

Then one day the red color started coming in around the stripe.

That's a really nice dorsal stripe on that one! We have a Bell Hybino Enigma that developed a dorsal stripe at 2 months old. These Enigmas have such weird changes. LOL

Nice :main_thumbsup: .Yes is a enigma with(dorsal striped) as it has the dorsal striped cutting through the bands.Shame it's not a dorsal stripe following a stripe as then it would have been a enigma red striped. So IMO get 5 or so good looking red striped female for him the babys will be mint :D .
