In the summer at my house since i have no air conditioning my house tends to get really hot. I wanted to know if i should get a small tank fan for my leo if the temps start to get really high in his tank?

I have no air conditioning either. In the summer, the geckos migrate toward the cool side and they're fine. My crested gecko, on the other hand, can get overheated in the hot, New England weather,so on days when it gets above 85 he goes to his cool condo in the basement.

Yeah, New England temps are tough if you don't have a specialized room. My basement shouldn't get too hot though, which is where mine is in the first place.

You may want to check into the cold packs that breeders use for shipping if you get too concerned about the heat.

Maybe leave the cage door open a little? That's what I do for Stripes in case the cage gets too hot. He can't climb out the door because it's pretty high up from the ground. Not sure about your tank though.
