I'm currently working with these morphs, so i'll respond.
Taken from R.Tremper's site:

* SUPER RAPTOR = A Super Raptor is a pure white gecko that has been derived by combining the Mack Super Snow bloodline with the Raptor bloodline (a Tremper albino). It must have two all red eyes, and must be 100% patternless throughtout its life.

Taken from Leopard Gecko Wiki:

* SUPER NOVA=A Super Nova is a combination morph of the Enigma trait, Super Snow trait and the RAPTOR morph.

Therefore, one is an enigma and one isn't. The only way to tell, IMO, is to let this little guy grow up and watch him closely for any signs of being an enigma (behavior, tail, eyes, etc.) Congrats on the AWESOME hatchling, by the way!

Congrats on the hatch.

I have hatched out both Super Raptors and Super Novas this year and the only real way to know the difference while they are that small is as Maia said, look for the enigma symptoms. Other than that you can try to determine it as it grows and develops more.
