Swollen Tongue

I recently got a leopard gecko a couple months ago, and I'm still unsure of the sex.
Today, I noticed my gecko wasnt eating the worms in the dish in the tank, so I put one in front of it, and when he/she tried to eat the worm, i noticed his/her tongue is very swollen, and it is hard for him/her to eat. It took about five minutes for it to consume the worm!
I'm not sure what is going on here, this is my first gecko so I'm not exactly educated on them!

Also, he/she recently shed, and there is shedding stuck on his/her feet, and they look like they're bending backwards.
I'm not sure whats going on with his/her feet either! He/she walks funny, and I'm afraid they're broken!!

HELP!!

Soak your gecko in about 1/2" of warm water in the sink and then try to rub off the shed.

Read some care sheets to make sure you have everything else right, especially supplementation so it is getting enough calcium (mine is at http://geckcessories.wordpress.com)

contact a reptile vet about the tongue soon.
