Tail dry and shedding

Hi guys, my leo's tail seems to be constantly shedding skin even when he has just shed. His tail always seems to be realy dry and have alot of flakey skin. He has no problems shedding from the rest of his body and spends time in his moist and dry hides. Warm water baths work for a day or two then back to how he was, any help welcomed. Thanks

Try rubbing on just a little vegetable oil and see if that helps.
