i found a 20 gallon tank outside its not crakedor anything it just has dit in it should i keep it and what can i clean it with.

uuuu.....what's a dit? You can clean it with a solution of 10% bleach with water wash it out when you stick your head in the tank you should NOT smell bleach AT ALL.

You can use a bleach water solution. I believe its ten parts water to one part bleach. Scrub it really well. Rinse thouroughly until you cant smell any traces of bleach, then rinse a bit more

oh sorry some kids had put dirt and grass in it so is it safe and can i clean it out and put my leos in it there with out them dieing the kids say some one lost their fish or something and put it outside

Yeah you really shouldn't have a problem after a good scrub down : ) just make sure you rinse it out REALLY well.

I don't THINK you would have a problem... But without knowing for sure what was in there before and even after bleaching it i'd still be a little nervous. Just my 2c.

i cat smell the bleach but it smells clean like so should i still wash it a little

I would actually let it sit to dry for like, 8-10 hours before using it...if you can.

sure will do should i rinse it out more i can only smell bleach if i sniff reallyagresivly other than that i cant smell it should i wash it a little more

Don't worry about washing it again, just let it sit, the odor will evaporate on it's own. If you have a patio, or a covered area outside that would be ideal.
