Today was the day I dreaded. My 2nd leopard gecko I've ever owned passed this afternoon. She'd been off food from January - May, started eating again, then stopped again end of June, and its gone all down hill from there. She began having troubles shedding, wouldn't pay any attention to her food, I tried to keep her hydrated with some water in an eyedropper as well as the slurry. I came to the realization that it was most likely time for her to be put-down and out of her misery, but I decided to pay another visit to the vet in case they could figure out what was wrong that they couldn't figure out last time. I got home from school to put her in a container to bring her over to the vet, and found her lifeless lying in her favorite place in her tank.
She'd dropped from her 80g big fat healthy tail, down to a tiny 35g's.
I wish I could've done more to keep you here in the world, but I guess you decided it was your time to go.
You went too soon Max, you will be missed deeply :'(
RIP
