Nicole, you're insane! I'm not basing my opinion on you about what you believe! You have no clue who I am or what I'm about. I have friends that are Atheists, Catholics, Jews, and Hindu. I've never pushed my faith on anything. You said I was putting you down, and I showed you how I wasn't.

With the kind of trust that Josh is putting in me with the current deal we have working, and the fact that he knows I am not christian....just goes to show that he is not the kind of person who is going to base his opinion of a person on what they believe!! otherwise he wouldn't be trusting me the way he is!

So Nikki (of Scott&Nikki) NEVER reads posts on here. She had a blast reading this one. Unfortnately, I think she also got turned off even more because of how some people act. I just don't see why it had to get to this point. This was insane.

IMs are supposed to be private, as far as I know, and you were wrong to be talking about private information on a public forum Nicole. You have been throwing punches at people, so don't be suprised that they are fighting back. People have tried numerous times to make up with you and you are refusing to let them "because they are wrong". Not everyone has responded to what you have said in a mature way, and some have been downright volatile. I'm not trying to start another argument, so no one try to take what I just said out of context, please. All that I'm saying is that ya'll need to stop attacking each other, especially these personal attacks, on a public forum.
I mean, think about it, this forum started out with a picture and a question that we clarified as innocent a LONG time ago. It has degenerated into a yelling match over people's sanity and Christianity vs. atheism!! This thread is no longer discussing its original purpose, it is simply going back and forth between interpersonal attacks; and I think that it is a disgrace to all who allowed themselves to get involved.
Thanks to those who have tried to mediate and insert the voice of reason. Hopefully this will end soon and everyone will kiss and make up, or at least become bitter enemies in silence and privacy.

I stopped caring about this at the point where I let my sarcastic side show through... there really are no personal feelings one way or the other towards nicole at this point.
It's up to Nicole... she can stop making personal attacks and keep contributing to this forum, or she can delete her account. Either way I wish her only the best.

I had tried to take it off of the Public forums once already. I don't think that Nicole would had had any problem with me trying to mediate the misunderstanding between herself and Paul if I hid my religion away and wasn't proud to stand up and say that I was a Christian. She made it blatantly clear in her IMs that me, my faith, and everything I stand for are nothing in her eyes.
I did nothing but stand up for myself in the end of this thread. Yeah, maybe I lowered my maturity level a bit by "calling names" back, but I say it like I see it. I'm not going to sit back and let someone post libel about me. I'm not going to be misquoted, have words put in my mouth, and made to seem a fool; I think I do the latter part pretty well myself.
I tried to apologize privately to Nicole for saying the things I did in the heat of anger, yet she still wanted to argue with me. Then she degraded me for my work that I will be doing in South America. Then she wanted to debate religion with me. I know that I should have stopped talking with her at that point, but I'm stubborn and dislike "leaving broken things broken".
I'm not saying that I didn't do anything wrong, but what I did do wrong, was in direct correlation with what Nicole had done. It is absolutely ridiculous that things have become what they are -- but anyone that knows me knows that I try to help every time I can.. I guess it was my fatal flaw in this tragedy....
