Hey all,

i wanted to share this one with you its a funny little gecko with a verry strange look to it this is how he was born ! :)

it hase a SHCTB apperance but sollid black eyes its 3 months old now and weighs 25 grams

the father was a SHCTB het eclipse the mom was a SHCTB het raptor.

Are you sure it isn`t a Nephrurus cross? ;)

i am sure :p:p eublepharis levis levis :p

strange though is that its eyes are totaly eclipsed but there is no eclipse patern ( wich i would have expected there would be )
it is however a realy funny looking gecko :)

cute, looks to me like mom didn't have enough calcium when she produced the eggs because of his bone deformities in his front legs. That may have also caused the tail deformity.

I think the line bred, Hypo genes are stronger than the Patternless Stripe Pattern most of the time. We got a couple of solid eyed SHTCTs from a Hybino het Raptor x Eclipse. There are several things that can cause tail and eye deformities like that; inbreeding, incubation, supplementation. Poor little thing, hopefully there aren't any internal deformities.
