The worms are just sitting in her throat?

I hand feed my girl because that's the only way she ets and i was holding her and i touched the side of her mouth like i always do so she opens it and dropped a mealworm in and she crunched it and swallowed...well i did that for like 5 worms and then i noticed when she opened her mouth again that they were just all sitting in her throat. Will she choke? Is that normal? Did I do something wrong?

she also moved to her cold side after i stopped feeding her not her warm side. will she be able to digest her food?> should i take away her cold hide so she goes to the warm one instead?

I really think she needs a vet visit. You're doing the best you can (you haven't done anything wrong) and now I think both of you need some professional suggestions as to what's wrong.

It isn't uncommon for our girls to be excited about eating. When they eat fast we can see there little throats get big. After an hour or so they have progressed with their digestion, and everything is fine. I would not be concerned unless there is regurgitation that follows.
