Their First Slate Shots

Here are some updated picture I took the other day of some of the oldest of this years hatchlings. All about a month old now.

Still my favorite so fair and keeping my fingers crossed still no head markings coming in ,YESS!!!

Part of this project is looking very promising getting the carrot coloring in there while still keeping the stripes.

Just to show you she can hold her tail in the normal position. she just likes to be ready for action. she makes a great little model she lets me pose her already. Any particular pose you all would like to see:main_laugh:?

And last but not least a little tang, a little under a month old. catching up to you guys in the tang department, with a little help from my friends.

Thank you everyone. I am really liking the slate shots as well.and loving this years hatchlings even more. Yes all the slate shots are out doors in indirect shaded light. I will probably be using some of these photos for our hatchlings page on our site, since we need some material for that page.

It will be kind of difficult to sort through and pick ones to use . when photographing you tend to rack up the shots. I ended up taking 70 or so shots between 8 geckos in 10 min

But its been a great year so fair. hatching out our first eclipse and raptors with some cool het combos we put together.
Still waiting on a sweet pairing to hatch between a patternless stripe from Alberto and a red stripe from Dan.
