That would be Goniurosaurus kuroiwae A.K.A Kuroiwae's Ground Gecko. They're found in Southern Japan...

My favorite is actually the one of the Viper Gecko because I took that rock out of their tub trying to find them. I thought I had lost one of them, and then realized she was just camouflaged on top of the rock.
