I'm stoked! I've been trying to breed crickets but the eggs would never hatch. I got home last night to find these. I now officially have my own cricket colony!

If your container is big enough....a paper plate
with a fold of paper towels on it, moistened well. When full of specks of waste, start a new one but keeping it moist every day. The other side of easy drowning, is they dehydrate quickly. Feed them like you would meal worms.......grain, veggies, fruit ( orange halves + the peels are very good for their moisture too)..........egg cartons piled on top
will gather new hatches of pin heads....your pictures appear the crickets have been hatched out for awhile ( or one powerful close up lens). You should see specks of pepper looking hatches. Keep a moist hide of moss in the container and the next females when ready, will stick their tubes into it for your next batch of hatchings.
( "Bugs are Fun Too" )....Take care. HJ
