So I moved about a week ago and prior to the move I was so worried about the last few eggs in the incubator (how was I going to maintain the temp for two hours while we drove to my new apartment?) but luckily, everyone was out just before the big move. I took apart my incubators, packed them all up, got all my little guys in traveling tubs and off we went.
Well now, a week later, two of my girls I thought were done laying for the season began ovulating again. Their weights are still up so I went ahead and paired them again. Not only that, but a couple of girls I wasn't sure I was going to get to breed this season are also finally ovulating. I'm so excited that I don't have to be finished with the baby thing yet this year
Now my dilemma: do I do what I did earlier in the year and have a male and a female incubator? Or since I'm only going to have a few females laying should I just set up one and pick a medium temp? Or maybe I'll just incubate them all for female in case these don't sell as well as their older siblings did...
Gah! Decisions, decisions..
