Wow, where do I begin? Well, first of all, the guy that was supposed to build me a new H.I.S.S. website has just dissapeared off the face of the planet I guess, surely that's what must have happened, what other possible reason could there be for him FUCKING BLOWING ME OFF COMPLETELY? He got half of my money, got about halfway done with the website and now he does not answer emails. The last time I heard from him was on May 11th via email:

"Awesome! I was just wondering though if you had any pictures of your enigmas on a rock background? I was just thinking how it might look on the right side of the header instead, but if you don't have a pic of that, don't worry about it lol

Would I be able to get your server information? That way I can upload the pages directly onto a folder on your site as well as getting any databases configured.

I'll have your home page all coded up by Sunday night.

I have been promoting the fact that my new website will be live shortly and I was really excited about it and this fuckstick just blows me off.

In addition to that mess, I am having a horrible experience getting my gecko racks from ReptiRacks. If anybody is shopping around for some new racks or cages DO NOT buy from these people: http://www.reptiracks.com. I THOUGHT it was a great idea to give my business to a local cage company, and also not have to deal with having racks shipped to me. Wrong! I paid these people over $2,000 on May 25th and was told that I would have a couple of the hatchling racks within a couple of weeks and that the rest of the order would be completed 2-4 weeks after that. It's now been nearly 9 weeks and my order is still not complete. I finally got two of the hatchling racks after I went back and forth with them via email several times, and the top shelf on one of them is too short so the boxes don't even fit! Steve had to file down the tops of the boxes so they are all jagged now and look like shit. And, I just noticed earlier tonight when I moved them next to each other THEY ARE NOT EVEN THE SAME, one is taller than the other and the shelf height doesn't match up, so they look all assy and crooked, they are supposed to all be ideantical so they look perfect when they are next to each other.

And, to top off my wonderful week, I have seen 4 or 5 giant roaches at night in our house the past couple of weeks, those waterbug looking ones. I just killed them and figured they were coming in from outside, and because of all the rain there were a lot of them out there. I didn't think anything about it really, except that they are gross and scary (LOL), but I almost vomited when I went into our bathroom earlier tonight. I saw several (like 10) little tiny baby roaches and one medium sized one. I killed them while I gagged, and after that I went into Conor's room to look at something on his computer. A teeny tiny baby roach was crawling on his desk (they are tiny, smaller than the smallest ant). So now I am going to have to have some bug exterminator come out here pronto. I have never seen any small roaches like that in my house, this one or our old one, or my parents house, and I am just completely grossed out.

Ditto! I handle nymphs with tweezers and FORGET the adults...I just let the be. If I have to move them, I use a giant scoop. It's fairly comical.

Kelli I can't believe those fucktards STILL haven't made the rack situation right. What a bunch of incompetent no-good assclowns. Just as a suggestion, as it has worked for me before, I'd send them an email telling them that they can either complete the order and have the racks to you within 10 (or whatever) business days or you will be posting about them on the BOI. I wish I could help by making some racks for you, but they'd probably be pretty shitty looking.

As for the roaches, try putting a few mouse/rat glueboards around the house under places where they might hide, and put some "bait" in the middle of them. I'd guess that fruit or something would get their attention. It can be a very therapeutic experience to witness them slowly squirm to their death stuck in the glue. It won't eradicate them, but it will help round up a lot of the ones running around the house.

I don't know what it is with some website designers. I've heard of way too many people run into similar situations with various designers. I'd love to help you out, but unfortunately the only kind of website I know how to make is... mine. heh But shit, even I could digitally put an Enigma on a fucking rock.

Hello , we have 2 more 36 tubs racks ready BUT we wrongly cut one strip of heat tape on one rack and had to get some more sent in , we didnt have any long enough strips here to what your rack takes.. When do you plan you will be able to come by and pick these up ? So i can determine how fast i need to bring this in for you.

I replied back that I really needed them and that I would pick them up as soon as they were ready but that I kinda needed to know when that would be before I could tell him when I was coming to pick them up. I also asked when my full order would be completed and no return email. I don't get it, I am certainly not perfect and make mistakes but I always apologize to my customer and will bend over backwards to make sure they are happy, and I do it because I want them to be happy. What the hell is this guys problem, every email from him (except for the one that had my price quote) has been rude as hell and not a single "I am sorry" for the delay of my order, not to mention the other problems. I know this shouldn't be a huge deal but I honestly feel like curling up in a ball and bawling my eyes out right now. I don't know how much more I can take of staying up all night and only sleeping for 4 hours during the day then when I am awake it seems like everything gets all fucked up.

Earlier I sprayed a bunch of Black Night in the bathroom and in Conor's room and closed the doors, I just now went to check in the bathroom and there are 5 or 6 more of those baby roaches in the bathtub, all were dead or dying. What I don't understand is where they are coming from. I looked all over in the bathroom, under the bathmats, everywhere and there was none. Do you think they could actually be coming up through the drain? WTF?

Well, I do have something to look forward to tomorrow. We are driving to Houston to pick up some new snakes, a pair of green tree pythons from the island of Kafiau, The male is called "Gold Standard" and the female is "Buttercups".

It was kind of a spur of the moment deal really, but I did get excited about the idea of having a brand new website. I like my current site a lot too, and I have sold a lot of geckos there, so please don't think I am unhappy with it, I just thought it would be cool to have something new. Now the more I think about it the more I am thinking that maybe just a new banner/header at the top and a few pages reworked would be great too. Anyway, I'll try giving you a call tonight, talk to you then

Hey Kelli, I don't mind that you decided to do a spur of the moment thing. I also didn't take it that you were unhappy with anything, we all like new things.

However, the thing that bothers me is this

I know how busy you are

I know I tend to keep myself busy, but I always have time for friends and existing clients. You know me, I answer nearly every phone call and tell you repeatedly to call me if you need anything. I know how much of a pain in the ass it is to update our sites, and I always tell you to dish some things over to me, but I never get any calls.

This is really what I thought the issue was, thinking I was just too busy. After what happened with Marcia, I thought you had talked to her and decided to go elsewhere. Marcia, I'm truly sorry for screwing up. I got wrapped up with the holiday, and then set some new years goals for myself and got sided tracked working on everything but your site. When visited your site earlier this year, my stomach turned inside out. It's not like me to forget something or someone like this. I'm human though, I do screw up. I have a hard time working from home sometimes. I slump in and out of depression because I don't have enough structure. I always get back on track, but then every few months I just go through a really rough patch. I just really wish you would have emailed or called me to check up on me. I could have kicked my ass into gear earlier instead of realizing it after it was too late.

I'm really doing a ton to fix this. I've been doing much better, I keep a list of everything I need to do and try to work on a little of everything everyday. I've even been trying to get up at 9am and go to bed around 2am, but sometimes it's just too easy to get off track and be a nightowl again. I need to knock that off. I've got back on my diet and lost 20lbs the past 3 weeks, it's insane. The only other thing I need to do is give the Val kid her ring soon and I'll be golden.

Sorry to ramble, but I just don't ever want to sound like im just too busy for anyone, especially friends. I take care of everyone as soon as I can, and if I'm behind or forget just call and say WTF! Kelli, if there's anything you want to do, just ask. Also Marcia, I'm still here if you want some help. I haven't heard or seen anything new with your site in the past 4-5 months.

I know. I had to fire Brian a few weeks ago because I sent him 1/2 the money in February, and by the first week in July it still wasn't even close to ready. At least he returned the payment immediately, and I think he was actually relieved! LOL!
