To buy or not to buy...

I have five crested geckos (hopefully will pick up at least one more at the reptile show on Sunday), and one curly tailed lizard. There's a guy at my local Petsmart labeled "Blizzard Leopard Gecko". I don't know much about leos but I have taken a real liking to this guy. He's a beautiful solid gray in color, on the darker side. He's got dark eyes. Out of eyeballing him, I'd guess that he'd weigh in at about 20-25 grams. He's larger than the other leos they have there, but is the only "Blizzard". I believe him to be priced at $69.99.

Should I or shouldn't I? I know many people don't believe in pet store purchases, but I keep going back to look at him. Maybe I should check out the show before I make a decision.

Is this coloration very normal?

The coloration isn’t uncommon in blizzards, as far as I know. And if you like the gecko, and he appears healthy, better get him before somebody else does.

if you want to buy it, then do it. Seems like you've already made up your mind to do it anyway if you keep going back to look at him. The price is pretty good if you consider not having to pay shipping charges.
