Tokay eggs!

I was pleasantly surprised to find one of the females guarding two beautiful eggs this morning... hopefully they are fertilized, only time will tell I guess.
I'll keep you posted, keep your fingers crossed!

Congrats! They look fertile to me. Infertile tokay eggs are often soft-shelled and are usually eaten by the adults within a few hours. I'd suggest capping them off with a small plastic cup(punch a few small holes) or section of screening to make sure they are protected and you can find the hatchlings easily with they emerge. Be prepared to wait, tokays take 90-200 days to hatch depending on temps.
