Both beautiful, maybe someone has an idea why one developed the pattern so quickly while his older brother hasn't?

could the other one (non pattetn) be a super snow blizzard? sure looks like one

I have had super snows develop patterns at very different times. Sometimes the one that develops later has somewhat less spotting, but that's not a guarantee.

could be...the mother is 66% het. blizzard and the dad is a ss tremper albino, maybe he's also het blizzard...time will tell, I guess.
