I agree with Richard. It would make more sense to breed the male to a Bell female to prove he is a het Bell. Females can retain sperm.

Honestly, Leos are cheap... for what it costs to replace them I would start over. Then you wouldnt have to deal with this mess. Keep whatever leos you like as a pet, but I would discontinue breeding those 2 and any geckos related to this breeding. Not worth the headache. ;)

I think its a tremper as well but why take the chance? Not worth it!!

Looks like a Tremper baby. Some people are being surprisingly naive when it comes to this stuff. I can't even count the times that I have gotten "surprises" like that out of pairings that were very unexpected. I certainly would never cull the babies! That is way extreme.

Here is my issue. You said that they were given away as pets only. How do you know that they'll never be bred by anyone in the future? You don't and that is what causes problems.

Baby is a Tremper... My guess is the breeder of mom didn't know their stuff and she was actually possible het Tremper never Bell to begin with...
