URGENT Gecko in Peril HELP

My three year old female Leopard Gecko has dramatically deteriorating health. Over the last two weeks she has lost a great deal of weight, her tail is slender, appears that she has lost her sight (does not open her eyes), and seems to have very little to no appetite. She is responsive to sound and touch, does not have impaction (no lumps in belly nor any substrate to cause it), and has a diet of meal worms and spongy, orange, appetite boosting snacks.

I'm very distressed and wonder if there is something I have missed, or can do to help her eat or see. Please respond! [email protected]

I hate to say it, but you're going to have to find a vet, preferably a reptile vet to take her to. I'm not a vet, but it sounds as if she may have an infection, may require antibiotics, but needs a vet to diagnose it. If you don't know of a reptile vet, try to get a referral from a non-reptile vet. If you post where you live, there may be someone on here who can direct you to a reptile vet local to you.

what's the history of this gecko? have you had her for three years or has she been in other hands? Also pics of eyes may help... but ultimately a vet... I've never heard of orange spongy appetite stimulants, what are they? Where'd you get those? All info is helpful.

My gecko stopped eating after she began getting skin stuck in her eyes after each shed. Did your gecko shed recently?

It's rather odd that there's a picture of a leo on the front of a box of fruit-flavored "appetite stimulants." Guess some eat 'em, though.
But I digress.
Hope you can figure out your leo's condition soon. :(

My brother bought them and it said Geckos but it was a sticker and under the sticker was a turtle.
How long had you been feeding the appetite boosters?Because that can be the problem.Try feeding her slurry.

What are the temps in your cage?
What are you using as a heating source,?
Do you use proper supplementation?--dusting the food before it is offered, calcium dish in the enclosure and properly gutliading your feeders?
I would use the slurry to produce a stool sample for a fecal exam , and take her to the vet ASAP.
