UTH on 24/7 during winter?

Would it be ok to keep my leos UTH on 24/7 this winter. I usually keep it COLD in my room (around 50 degrees) during winter and i dont want her to get too cold. Thanks.

There should ALWAYS be a 90-96F hot spot in the cage. 24/7, 365 days a year.
