Since the leopard geckos are nocturnal, as long as you have light in the room, there really isn't a need for UVB. The gecko would get the requisite D3 from supplements. I imagine you'd be providing the supplements anyway since it may be hard to tell how much UVB your gecko is getting if it's in its hide sleeping all day. If you feel strongly that you want to use UVB, I would imagine you'd want a 5.0 instead of a 10.0. You can also check out Arcadia lighting which makes lights for nocturnal reptiles. I don't know any more about it than that.
