Dubia are the most nutritous among the common feeders besides silk worms I believe. They’re very easy to raise and have your own colony. All they need is a heat source, food and water(moisture). I put them in my rack system, feed them roach chow (no vegetables), and use water crystals for moisture and they thrive. Its that simple. The best thing of all is that they save me a bunch of money from buying live foods. I strongly suggest you start your own colony for your geckos. Here is a video and a feeding video. I never clean as the frass they leave is extra nutrition for the babies. One thing is they eat a ton so depending on how fatty you want your roaches buying bulk chow may be necessary.

Very cool, thanks for the information! However, it's too bad that some insects like the Dubias are illegal in Canada (from what I have heard). Good to know though!

Nice video! I've been feeding my knobs for many years for "free" thanks to dubia roaches!
