I got my first clutch of eggs from keekeio, they were laid on mothers day and my sisters birthday XD how ironic right?

I had to make a make shift incubator for the time being (please no lectures on this, i understand a hundred and twenty percent)

For the most part it stays at 88 degrees, with little fluctation, but i've had to fiddle with it and so I've had temp. fluctuations from 87 degrees to 90 degrees, then the worst happened, a storm blew through and are power went out, it dropped to 80 degrees, my ad told me to cover it with a tail, well the power cam eback on in the middle of the night and when I went to check it, the temps were all the way up to 94 degrees *cries*

I know one egg is a doosy but the other had a big pink bulleye and now the bulls eye isn't a very solid circle anymore it's like part of it has dissappeared, :( do you think there is still hope?

also ever since they were laid I can't get them to plump up, well the slug won't obviously but the one with the bulleye is just not plumping up, and I have it in an enclosed container that's very moist. what should I do?

The temperature fluctuations may not mean they're a lost cause. We had an egg hatch after 10 days with out power. Sometimes even when eggs are fertile they will still go bad. It can mean that something was wrong with the embryo or that there's an incubation problem. Maybe your incubation medium is too moist? I would just leave them in the incubator unless they go really bad.
