Viper Geckos?

Sorry, jumping into the conversation as I've got an itch to get a pair now, lol.

Is it safe to leave the eggs in the cage than? How do you prevent parents from eating their hatchlings? Would you tape deli cups over them like you do the goldens and other egg gluers? Has anyone had any success encouraging females to lay in a hide which could than be transferred into an incubator just prior to hatching?

I've never used a hide that actually has a bottom. Maybe if you house them on paper towels and have large hides with sand that would work.

I would just remove the eggs if you can, it makes everything easier.
