hey, so i got a small jar of Tetrafauna ReptoLife Plus. (multivitamin and mineral formula PLUS color enhancers and anti oxidants)
it says to use it two times per week and in the back in the guaranteed analysis it says it has min.calcium 4.6% ...if i am feeding more mealworms than crickets and useing this over my worms is my gecko getting everything it needs? or do i need to buy another product? if so can you reccomend a few?

i dont have my gecko yet but its going to be roughly 2 months old

I am not sure how much total they are supposed to get. Am new to this too. however the vet told me today to give calcium every feeding and multi's every other feeding.. (my girl eats 2-3 times a week) so once a week or so with the multi..

I just leave a dish of calcium in the cage all the time. My leos lick at it when they need some.

Also, I dust with it once a week usually, and dust with the vitamins twice a week.

If the gecko is only 2 months old I'd dust a bit more frequently. When mine was that age I would dust 1-2 time a week with vitamins, 3-4 times a week with calcium, and offer food every day. The lid to a milk bottle works great as a calcium container for in the tank.

The once a week and 2 times a month sounds like a good plan for an adult leo(its about how often mine gets dusted food and he's about a year old now).

lol no generally babies eat more than adults

and idk about the vitamins..I'd use additional supplementation but that's just because i'd worry they weren't getting enough calcium
