I've had a few requests for pictures of my vivariums, so here they are. I didn't bother shooting temp tubs and quarantine setups, but I guess I could if anyone really wants to see.

Some kind of random plant popping up, I'm guessing a fern or liverwort:

Very nice setups Tony. Are you planning on using the same sort of setups for geckos? I'd like to do something similar with some of my smaller species but I worry about having to rip everything up to find eggs.

I plan to have Jason build all my future vivs, I am working on phasing out the exos. I do plan to keep all of my geckos in appropriately planted naturalistic vivs, hunting for eggs is a small price to pay for having a room full of nice vivs instead of racks IMO.

VERY nice vivs Tony. Now I have something to really eyeball reference to help with the tanks I'm slowly setting up. I swear I'm not getting frogs..but I've got 2 tanks that I keep throwing plants into. *lol* My son & I very much love frogs and miss hearing them at night when we lived by a stream in AL.

You remember the scene from Jurassic Park where they lower a cow into the raptor pen? That is what it looks like when I toss in some roaches. :main_laugh:

That scene was the stuff of my nightmares when I was growing up. Now that I'd gone and gotten it out of my head, it's back again.

When I'm awake at 3:30am rocking back and forth in the fetal position, crying, I'm going to blame you.

But nice vivariums, by the way.

I know I'm safe in my room, though. I have one of those circular door knobs. It's a highly effective raptor deterrent. Once they figure out how to open those, though, we're all screwed.
