24 grams is WAY to small to be breeding.
If a gecko is missing a toe it will not effect breeding.
Yes you will need and incubator.
The length of time it takes for an egg to hatch depends on what temp. it is incubated at.
I would suggest doing ALOT more research before attempting to breed.

If you have not even done enough research to know that 24 grams is not even half the size of a breedable adult then i really suggest months and months and months of research before breeding.

Yikes! There are more and more of these threads all the time. It is kind of sad for the animals and the hobby.

No offense, but like these others have said, you don't seem to know the basics of breeding. Breeding shouldn't be taken lightly, it's a big endeavor. If you plan on breeding, you should do as much research as possible long before you start. There's tons of videos, articles, websites, etc that have most of the info you need. IMO, you should know as much as you possibly can before going into it.

First, the absolute minimum is 50 grams. Second, 3 whole days is about 297 days short of the amount of time you need to research. Third, you should not fatten them up, you should let them grow at their own natural rate.

As I was researching beardies and leos I came across youtube videos of teenagers talking about breeding. It's infuriating how reckless people can be. I only have one leo and spent a few hundred setting everything up. Getting him from a breeder instead of a pet shop really added to it, lol. I can't imagine the costs to set up and maintain the hatchlings from a breeding project.
I researched reptiles for months before deciding to get one and I'm still learning. Three days of research on breeding isn't near enough to what's needed.

Great Point: This was my first year breeding and these were my setup costs.

Racks(I built all of them), Heat Tape, Thermostats: $800
Breeders: 1200
Worms: Well over 50 bucks a month
Calcium: 50 bucks and about to buy some more.
Electricity Bill: HUGE INCREASE
Incubators:300
These are just the basics. Time is money and I take 2 hours out of every day to tend to all the geckos. This is not easy when you are in school and have another job.

I would just like to say I'm a kid too (teenager) and I wanted to breed my geckos too, I know how you feel. But i spent tons and TONS of time on research and really learning about genetics and all of that before I even bought the geckos I wanted to breed. If you want to breed them definitely do it, its a ton of fun, but you have to understand everything and realize the time and care you'll have to put in before doing it.

I've been reading about breeding for a few weeks now and I still don't know everything there is to know about properly breeding leo's actually...I'm really stupid when it comes to breeding leo's. If I screw up I ruin the quality and chance the risk of something happening. With that said I don't think 3 days is enough to even think its possible for a beginner and a few weeks definitely isn't even close to it. This isn't petshop breeding this is real breeding, dedicated breeding to bring quality animals into the world. Not something second rate.

Listen to these people. They all know what they are talking about. And the rest of us are just newbs barely getting our feet wet in the world of Leo's. Hell we never even seen the water compared to these people.

With that said...keep reading, find a breeder and ask to be an apprentice if you can. Learn from the pros. Ask tons of questions even if you may think they are stupid. There are no such things as stupid questions just stupid people. I'm one of them. So I'll keep asking my stupid questions.

It's pretty much common sense to not breed an animal that you have very little experience with and if you have to ask if you need an incubator. You would have been able to find that out with 5 minutes of research let alone 3 days.
