Warning, Graphic pictures-Yummy Pinky time!!-

So I decided to treat my leos today, to some Pinkies, Only Tortilla would eat them, He had two..readily, he ate them SO FAST!!

How to Catch and Eat a Pinky

Step 1. Spot the Pinky

Step 2: Snatch the Pinky with utter delight

Step 3: Be an evil Gecko and listen to it scream in despare (That broke my heart)

Step 4: Obtain Tighter Grip, begin turning process.

Step 5: Continue Rotation Process to Behind, so you can hear it scream all the way down. (WHY'D HE HAVE TO DO IT THAT WAY!!)

Step 6: Begin Downing while finishing rotation process.

Step 7: Give evil grin as you pleasure in the taste and torture of the frail. (Evil Gecko, hmpf)

Step 8: Give a muffled laugh, as you know it's the last time the pinky will scream for help. (I'm so sorry I had no idea these pictures were so morbid with my commentary)

Step 9: Finish swallowing, showing off your teeth in the process

Step 10: Finish swallowing, making sure jaw is tightly shut.


Well that's all of them...try to enjoy natures wonders. I kind of did

Oh WOW. You're an awesome photographer. Great sequence. But the poor little mousy, sniff. I couldn't do that; only with thawed ones, and I don't think geckos would enjoy dead prey.

I KNOW I couldn't believe that actually came out of me!! I always hate seeing those pinkys go, they look like tiny puppies. I petted one for a while, listening to it try to suckle on air.

I know *sniffle* and thank you , the glass has some water stains, I've never been able to get off, because it used to be an aquarium. Maybe if you jiggled it, but honestly I think Tortilla did enjoy the squeals it made.

Just tell him they look like baby puppys, and are soft and fuzzy. He can get a fuzzy, they are close to the same size but have fur

oh, he looks so marvelously evil and happy while eating the poor thing, lol. My Remmy is sitting here green with envy because he wants to be evil(er) and eat pinkies too but his mommy won't let him (I can't deal with that squeal).

Honestly the squeal wasn't that loud, if you cover your ears I can almost garuntee that you won't hear it.

I wish I had come across this thread BEFORE I bought live pinkies! The screaming really bothered me so I will only be doing frozen/thawed now! Also watching one of my beardies decapitate one did not help!!

Nice shots. I tried to feed my Leos pinkies once and they didn't want them. I'm glad insects don't make noise going down, I'd never get any peace and quiet.
