is one considered better than the other?

i personally think CB is better than WC... when you get a CB you know the background of the animal... where if you get a WC you kind of only know what your looking at... CBs tend to be tamer as well...

think about it with any wild animal... you know a pet cat is gonna be friendlier than a wild cat... horse... same idea... it all just makes sence to me anyways! :main_thumbsup:

Cb usually means captive born, cbb means captive born and bred. It's not usually used in Leopard Geckos because almost all of them are captive bred and have been for quite a while. Where it would matter is with animals that a readily imported, say normal Ball Pythons. A CB baby Ball Python would still essentially be "wild" it just means that the wild caught mother was gravid and laid eggs that hatched here. Temperament aside, with a CBB animal, you know the genetics behind it and it has less of a chance of carrying diseases or parasites if it comes from a reputable breeder.
