The drifts are bad. That is a 6 foot fence, for reference. It's still coming down with about 4 more inches to go.

On the plus side, me and the boys get to build a snow fort tomorrow!!! :main_thumbsup:

Yay! Can't wait to get home. I was looking forward to a warm week here in Tenessee, and instead got to experience tornados last night. I'm in Jackson right now, and the tornado that came through demolished a college campus within a mile of where I'm staying.

Sorry to hear that Jason, Tornados are NOT FUN, we went through one where we live 3 years ago. It is an experience you will never forget, something about the sound of a freight train and pictures rattling off the wall, while you are running down the stairs with your daughter you just got out of bed to seek shelter isn't something I will ever forget. :main_no:

Geez, you guys are all so lucky!! Here's our "snow"

snow08a.jpg

That's my oldest son building a snowman. Just sad amounts of snow here in Northern California.

Everytime the weathermen throw out "winter storm warning", my husband gets all excited and keeps checking for snow. We've had this much TWICE this year, which is amazing.

We used to get lots of snow here, 15+ years ago. Now, we're lucky to get this much, which last a few paltry hours. :main_no:

I wish I had snow. Personally I would give up the 115+ degree weather for at least 2 months to have winters like that.

I am sick to death of snow
I want to move some where that I can sweat yeah round (eww.....)or at least not have to stay indoors for weeks on end

Keeping in mind that Ii ride my bike around town year round-this has not been a good winter for me getting out and about on my own

It has done nothing but snow ...snow....snow ...here all winter long and that has been followed by bitter cold and strong winds
Anyone that wants my weather is welcome to it

Come and get it-lol

If there is any way that I can move some where warm and dry by next winter-I am going to do it

I'm too old for this crap...........
:main_rolleyes:
