weird electric hatchling..

Found a really strange hatchling (incubated for female) today from my electric group.




I work with electrics since 2007, and until now every pure electric line baby has been black and yellow as hatchling (as they develop their typical intense colour later over the next months).
Seems like when you think you know a line, mother nature never fails to tell you a lesson .
Anyway here's a pic of her and her 2 electric brothers (hatched out a few days earlier).



Now I'm curious how she will turn out :main_thumbsup:..

From my hi yellow lavs, I got 2 babies like that. The rest were dark like your boys there.

The dark marked bands turned lavender... The 1 that was hypoish like her turned out to be "hyper-xanthic looking" Now I regret selling the clutchmate.....

100% positive in this case as the pair is kept single. But if I wouldn't know I wouldn't believe mommy either :main_thumbsup: :main_laugh:..
