Ugg. I can't understand what I'm doing wrong. Beau just threw up, his two supers I gave him last night. If anything I thought I was under feeding him :main_no:

So how am i managing to over feed him so much? :main_huh:

Did you bring up the temps as Tony suggested in your other thread? Is there still vermiculite in the moist hide? If so, replace it with paper towel so he doesn't ingest any. Did you change feeders recently? Has he ever had a fecal test?

I changed to supers, that's all I did and put some calcuim vitamin d3 on them.

Yes, I still have verm. in his hide. I don't have any paper towels but can pick some up at the market. There's no sand though coming up when he throws up.

No, I've never had a fecal test done. I don't know how he would pick up anything considering i clean his tank really well.

INTERSTING!

Do you think he's over heating...intead of UNDERheating? I have the UTH AND a light pointing at his hide. BUT I've been checking the temps and they seem right.

I dunno. Looks like I stumped everyone. :(

I just checked the temps AGAIN it's 92* in his hide. I dont' think overheating is the case...Hmmm

Right now he's hanging out in the middle hide.

87 grams isnt bad at all but if he is losing weight in his tail... could he be impacted on vermiculite?

It's 67 grams not 87 Robin :p --typo it is 87

Hmm... I don't actually think I hold him after I feed him. I usually hold him before. I feed him then go to bed. I could be wrong, I don't actually think about it >.<
What are you thinking? Holding him could cause it?

I thought he could be impacted but I don't think so. He's not puking up any of it. What should I look for? He's had that forever... Hmm

He's had the light for his whole life Alaina... So I don't think that could be the cause

I suggested in a PM to skip feeding for a few days or a week to let his stomach settle down from the irritation, what do you think Robin?
