what are you feeding your fat tails

Mostly frozen pinky mice, but they all enjoy crickets and superworms. I tried lobster roaches (waste of money) and waxworms...another waste. But pinkies and crickets work great.

crickets so far ive had my ATF for two months almost hes about 4.5", i dont know if i should feed him mealies

if he will take them you should feed them, just to make it easier on yourself. start now while he is young! then at least you will have the option.

if you wait till hes older he might not want to eat them.

My little rescue scarfed down a big super worm the first day she came home but now whenever I offer them she makes like she's going to eat it, licks it a few times, and becomes uninterested.

So now I've been feeding her crickets.

How often do you guys feed? I've been getting mixed information and have just been feeding her every day or so.

i feed mine daily, the about 12 samll crickets, if there too big he just wont eat them

I have two females that are cool enough to eat worms, a male that sometimes wants them, and a little female that is as stuborn as a mule and only eats crickets. AFT's are definitley nicer than Leo's, but they are far more resistant to eating worms.

I feed my AFT crickets, superworms and pinkies. He also likes mango quite a bit.

I've offered silkworms without success; I don't think he ate any of the dubias I put in there either.

Mine refuses to acknowledge superworms, so I feed her crickets and pinkies, both of which she goes crazy for. She doesn't seem to need or want to eat nearly as much or as frequently as my leopard geckos.

I've only fed Puzzle crickets so far. It's so much fun watching him hunt them that I haven't bothered with anything else.

my lil fatty loves crickets. he'll scarf down eight at a time. i still give him mealies though just to mix it up a bit.

I've gotten him to eat mealworms IF I put them right in front of his face. He's so lazy LOL.
