what do you all mean by...

I've read a few times on here now about eggs "popping." Different than pipping, I've gathered...because it seems to end in egg death..so..what is it?

At first I thought everyone was misspelling pop but then I realized there were way too many posts on pip or piping. I have no clue but I think its the process of helping the hatchling out of the egg?

No, I know what they mean by pipping. It is, it's the very beginning of coming out of the egg.

But there are a few posts about eggs "popping" and usually it sounds panicked...so I was just wondering what exactly THAT one meant

Wait, I miss read that. If it hasn't deflated I would leave it alone. It it pops, cut it out asap.
