I bought her from a pet store, becuase a 'for free' deal fell through, and as always around here not a single petshop owner or worker knows anything about them expet that she was 'pretty'. One isa pic of baby months, the other pic she's roughly 9-10 months old.. can anyone tell me what she is besides jungle and her tail does have some some orange in it, enough to call it carrot tail?

Thanks

her tail bands are broken like I've read in descriptions, but you can see clear as day in the younger stage they were actually bands, so when do you decide?

I was told that a true jungle cannot have any bands, including those on the tail. It looks like this gecko has bands.

Here's a pic of her tail, closer up anyways, and cute is why I chose her haha, I'd be pumped if she was jungle, only because I dont know any of her actual genetics besides from what I've learned in this thread, thanks by the way.

North Bay ON.???? That baby may be one of mine... I'll have to dig through some pics to find out for sure... you may have been the lucky one that one of my "hi yellow Lav" babies slipped out to... I had two that turned out really light as babies... one I sold in a group of babies to a wholesaler, the other I kept. The one I kept is almost hyper-xanthic... I should have never sold the other... **this is why you hold onto babies** LOL
it's an abberent hi yellow... Tail was banded as a baby... Jungles have to have both tail and body bands broken. If it is infact one of mine it is from a Hi-Yellow x Hi-Yellow/Lavender (my avatar is one of the sibs)

She turned out Gorgeous!

Cheers.

yeah I do... I should have some more hatching this year. Don't get me wrong, Clearly I'm not the only one breeding them in Ontario... but your pic looks familiar. I just sold the last two from last season.

cheers.
