This is normal. It's a calcium pocket. In some cases, it's a sign that a female is in breeding condiiton. Some people reduce calcium intake, but I don't think it's necessary.

Is this only apply to female? But I have some females without the calcium pocket:main_huh:

This does not only happen in females. When my male "Gex" was young and healthy, he too had these sacs in his armpit area.
