What happens when they become pupae?

Hey!!


I have learned everything about their first stage (when they are meal worms). Now I need to know... what do i do with the mealies when they turn into pupae? Can you please explain to me what to do with the pupae, like what are they housed in ect ect.

Nothing different. During that stage they look like little white aliens. Then they turn into beetles. Most people choose to remove the beetle from the worms. Beetles get the same treatment as worms--grains & potato or carrot.

Okay. Wow, meal worms are really easy to breed compaired to crickets or other insects.

They are easy. I got two tubs with babies already and over 100 beetles. I also bred crickets by accident..lol
