Enigmas are definitely the stars of this year, and if it's a popularity vote you can't really leave them off, despite cost. If you were going to cut out anything that cost a lot you'd be losing a lot of the of the very beautiful combinations out there. The more genes going into the production of the gecko and the more you'll pay for it.

Going off my own personal tastes, and given the choice of any color out there I’d be looking at the Engimas.

well since enigma was left out, (they are becoming afforbable...some are in the low 700s), I voted Mack Snow and Raptor/Aptor. There are alot of crosses being made with these genetics.

Defently not worth running out and speding the big bucks on them. Give it some time and there price will drop for sure.

HIGH end tangerines , enigmas and mack line raptors are all high dollar animals. Nobody ever complains about the first and last, so why does everyone complain about enigmas?

I can't afford a SL600, but I don't complain about them being over priced.

It doesn't really make sense Paul. Sometimes it seems people want every gecko to be a $25 Petco gecko.

I agree with most everybody else Enigma and Crosses. Although I really the look of some of the enigmas, bell especially I too will wait till they come down a little bit before I get into them. Second on my list are High end tangerines from what I have seen they hold their value versus some of the other morphs that started out $$$$ and have gone down over a year or so versus High $$$ Tangerines that have seem to keep their value. Nothing beats a Bright, Rich Vibrantly Orange Gecko in my book. Then even though there hasn't been any out there yet that have been recognized MSBB/SSBBB

I dont think its that but rather most people cant afford or are willing to pay $1000+ for a gecko, especially when if your patent you can get it for half that or less in the future;)

I wasn't calling anyone out by all means, nor was I referring to even this thread. The comment was made mostly in reguards to past threads also.

Sure if every enigma was $500 they would sell better, but nobody with an investment in them wants that any time soon.... catch 22

I am sure some(in my eyes) ugly enigmas will be devalued over time, but the time tested theory of BEAUTY SELLS will still hold true for years to come.

Egima's are nice but I will never spend anywhere near $1000+ for one. My favorites are and still will be The Hi-Yellows, stripes, Bells, and tangs. That is also why I have them to breed also. Makes since to breed morphs you like.
