What is the best feeder to fatten geckos up.

To make a long story short I was in the hospital for two weeks and a bunch of females drop eggs and there wasn't food in the cage and I didn't have anyone to take care of the poor things while I was in the hospital . Needless to say they lost weight and I need to put weight back on fast. Which feeder would accomplish this task the best? I don’t know if I should get wax worms, butter worms or phoenix worms. Money for the feeders isn’t an issue I just want to get the weight back on my geckos ASAP. Also what would ost of the geckos eat sucessfully.

If it were me I would give them pinkies.

Sorry to hear about that. Well it depends on how much weight they need to gain. Most of my females will not eat a pinkie. I would try wax worms or maybe supers. You can try pinkies but i think most of the "weight" they gain is the actual mouse digesting over such a long period, not actual maintained body weight IMO.

i would say the smallest pinkies you can find plus wax worms, butter worms, and phoenix worms. should fatten up pretty quick. but feed pinkies a max of every 10 days. you can throw some supers in there too for variety.

I would try B. Dubia (if they'll eat them, it may take time for them to get to like Dubia) and Superworms with an occasional pinky. That will do the trick.

I've got a pair thats just bread and I'm trying super worms to fatten her up. Today She ate 4 super worms!!!! Waiting on the results
