What is this mysterious lizard?

I took this picture when I was in Virginia this passed summer. I know it's blurry, but there are a lot of these lizards around my mom's house. I've always wanted to know what they were. Thank you in advance.

I think this is Hemidactylus frenatus...oherwise known as the Common House Gecko...anyone else wanna confirm/object?

Nope, it's a really bad picture of a fence lizard. It's a male too, you can even see the blue throat and belly. Common house geckos don't get as far north as Virginia.

Agreed, Eastern fence lizard (Sceloporus undulatus).
