Since I want to get back into leopard geckos again. I have been looking at some of the morphs that people have line bred. I really like the blood hypos, pacific greens and stuff like that. Are there any other lines that are highly sought after? Also what is your favorite line bred morph?

My two favorite line bred morphs are Red Stripes (and combos including it) and Creamsicles. I am not a huge fan of all the Tangerine lines out there because most of them give you a solid color animal...which to me takes away everything fun to look at. As far as lines of tangs that are in demand...Electric, Blood, Torrid, Emerine, etc. It all depends on what you are looking for in your tangs. I like PATTERN and multiple colors or shades of colors.

I have to agree Creamsicles are hands down my favorite. I love the Tangs and Snows and whay better than a mix of the two.

You have some very beautiful red stripes! Do you know who is working on creamcicles? I'm trying to find some examples, but all I really see are dreamsicles and I honestly I personally don't care for anything with the enigma gene.

Ah the beloved Creamsicles. As far as I know there are only a couple people producing them now (ones that are of quality to be called a cream...in my opinion). You have JMG who is producing a few here and there and John from Geckoboa who is breeding my old line of Creams. Not many people work with them and I had to sell off my collection of them a couple years back, but am working on something special with them now.

My biggest advice to ANYONE buying or breeding Creamsicles is to not purchase or sell anything (Creamsicles) under 25g (unless you trust the breeders judgment 100%) because a HUGE majority of them on the market are very poor examples of the morph and will brown out and be terrible examples of the morph.

I show this picture a lot, but it is the best comparison of what to look for in a baby and how AMAZING Creamsicles can mature

Wow that is quite the contrast in that before/after Creamsicle pic. I had no idea it could be that drastic. Of course I'm new to Leos so have a lot to learn.

Just curious but at what age do Mack Snows typically start getting their yellowing in(I'm sure it goes shed to shed but when do you really start to notice)? I haven't seen any good aging photos(like 2-4 weeks of same baby growing). Although I did know the only way to guarantee a Snow is to know what it looked like as a hatchling.

They begin to get their colors after their first shed. They do nothing but get lighter..until their lineage hits and they either brown out or retain their color. A Cream looks best from 8-20g range. After that range it is variable on how they will continue to mature.

Your gecko is very beautiful, but I fail to see how it is much different from a super hypo tangerine. I think next year I will have to try to get into some red stripes. I would love to cross them with bell albinos
